I first met Mervyn in about the year 2000, were were part of a group meeting up to do White Eagle distant healing. We soon became friends and have stayed in touch, though I moved away to Cumbria, and now Bridport.
I fondly remember an outing or two on his little boat on the Thames, and one in which I was quite worried we might end up going over a weir, with inclement weather, rain and wind it was tricky!
